Job summary

Indie Campers, a global campervan marketplace, seeks an FP&A Associate to join its Finance Planning & Reporting team in Makati. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, build forecasting models, and perform variance analysis to guide strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate with accounting across the organization and present insights clearly to stakeholders. Fluency in English is mandatory; mid-shift (3 pm–12 am Philippine Time) availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Can work mid-shift hours (3 pm to 12 am) - Philippine Time.

THE ROLE

• As Financial Planning and Analysis Associate, you will be a key contributor to decision making in operational, financial and strategic matters for the company's global operations. Your responsibilities will include recurring financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Your contributions will directly impact business decisions by providing insights, identifying action items and effectively framing decisions that need to be made.
• You will be joining our Financial Planning and Reporting team, reporting directly to the Finance Director with the support of Senior Expert in Financial Planning and analysis, and working very closely with stakeholders all across the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
