Job summary

Teamified is seeking an AI-first software engineer to own the product's engineering end-to-end, serving as the technical owner of the AI Coach and related systems. You will report to a non-technical founder, plan your work, set direction, and ship quickly using AI-powered workflows.

You will own prompting, state management, retrieval (Pinecone), model evaluation, and safety layers, plus the backend (Python 3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL) and frontend (React Native, React).

Responsibilities

• Own prompting, state management, and retrieval (Pinecone) for AI systems.
• Lead model evaluation and safety layers for AI Coach and related products.
• Own backend (Python 3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL) and frontend (React Native, React) work.
• Plan work, set direction, and ship features quickly under a non-technical founder.
