Teoh Capital works with a portfolio of B2B software companies across healthcare, logistics, workforce management, CRM, and AI infrastructure.

We are looking for a modern product person who can operate as a one-person product team. You will take an idea from competitor and customer research through solution design, roadmap, POC, build, QA, deployment, launch, and support.

This is not a role for someone who writes requirements and waits for others to execute. You will design and build alongside engineers, and often directly in the product. AI will be your force multiplier across the entire lifecycle.

We value working software and fast learning over heavy documentation. Write enough to create clarity, then build, test, and show the product.

What you will do

• Analyse competitors, customer workflows, market gaps, and new AI capabilities to decide what is worth building.
• Turn unclear business problems into a clear product direction, differentiated solution, and measurable outcome.
• Design the workflow and user experience using Figma, AI design tools, or working front-end prototypes.
• Define the roadmap and the smallest real release that can prove value.
• Build working POCs, features, integrations, automations, and AI agents using tools such as Codex and Claude.
• Work directly with repositories, APIs, databases, authentication, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
• Test the full user journey, fix issues, run UAT, and check AI behaviour for reliability, cost, safety, and data leakage.
• Handle or coordinate deployment, configuration, monitoring, rollback, and production troubleshooting.
• Launch the product, support early users, measure the result, and improve it based on real usage.
• Own the plan, priorities, blockers, decisions, and stakeholder communication from idea to launch.

You will bring in engineers or specialists when the risk or complexity requires them. You still own the outcome and make sure all the pieces become a working product.

How you will use AI

AI is part of the job, not an occasional assistant. You will use it for competitor research, solution exploration, design, prototyping, coding, testing, debugging, analysis, deployment support, and customer support.

We expect you to choose the right tool, verify its output, and use it to deliver work that previously required several specialised roles.

What we are looking for

• Evidence that you have personally taken a software product, feature, or internal tool from idea to launch.
• Strong competitor and product analysis. You can explain where existing products fall short and what should be built differently.
• Good product judgement. You find the real problem, cut unnecessary scope, and make sensible decisions quickly.
• Ability to design a clear, usable product experience.
• Hands-on building ability using Git, GitHub, a terminal, APIs, databases, and AI coding tools.
• Working knowledge of at least one development language or framework such as TypeScript, Python, Java, Vue, or React.
• Practical understanding of QA, deployment, cloud services, logs, monitoring, authentication, permissions, and production support.
• Strong ownership. You stay with the work through testing, configuration, rollout, support, and the less glamorous parts of shipping.
• Clear communication without excessive process or documentation.
• Commercial sense across differentiation, user value, speed, cost, adoption, and business impact.
• Experience with AI agents, LLM applications, B2B SaaS, multi-tenant products, or enterprise integrations is useful but not required.

What success looks like

Within six months, you have independently taken a real opportunity from research to a production release or customer pilot. You contributed across design, build, QA, deployment, and launch, and you can show the user or business result.
