Teamified is hiring an AI-first software engineer to own the product's engineering end-to-end, serving as the technical owner of the AI Coach and related systems. You will report to a non-technical founder, plan your work, set direction, and ship quickly using AI-powered workflows.

You will own prompting, state management, retrieval (Pinecone), model evaluation, and safety layers, plus the backend (Python 3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL) and frontend (React Native, React).

Formación

• Proven experience shipping LLM-based products to production: prompt architecture, state machines, RAG/retrieval, evals, moderation.
• Strong backend engineering: Python, FastAPI, SQL/PostgreSQL, AWS; able to own infra, CI/CD, production ops solo.
• Solid React Native and React experience: shipping on iOS/Android and web, with in-app purchases and Stripe.
• Demonstrated AI-first development: daily use of agentic tools, ability to review and own outputs.
• Product sensibility: attention to mobile/web UX, fixing layout and copy issues.
• Self-sufficient operator: track record of owning a product or major system end-to-end.
• Care with sensitive data: privacy, security, access controls for health data.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI Coach: prompting, conversation state, retrieval (Pinecone), model evaluation, safety layer.
• Own the backend stack: Python 3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL (Strawberry), SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, AWS (Sydney).
• Own mobile and web delivery: React Native (iOS + Android) and React, including IAP and Stripe on web.
• Own release engineering: CI/CD, environments, signing credentials, monitoring, backups, rollback.
• Translate technical decisions into plain language for the founder and clinical team.
