You will own the founder's brand on LinkedIn, use AI tools to streamline research, workflows, and founder support. You will craft high-impact content, coordinate recruitment processes, and create SOPs to ensure operational excellence across the desk.

Qualifications

• Flawless written and spoken English; strong copywriting for B2B/executive audiences.
• Proven background in organic LinkedIn management and executive ghostwriting.
• Hands-on use of generative AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT) for content and research.
• Excellent organisational and EA skills; ability to juggle shifting priorities.
• Strong market research, detail-oriented reporting, and analytical mindset.
• Experience creating SOPs and quick-reference guides.

Responsibilities

• Own the founder's personal brand and LinkedIn presence; write and schedule ~5 posts weekly.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for candidate briefs and process automation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and compile insights for target markets.
• Provide robust admin and operational support: task tracking, scheduling, travel, calendars.
• Create SOPs and workflow documentation to standardise operations.
• Manage CRM data, candidate packs, and communications with clients and prospects.
