Job summary

KER Systems & Solutions Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Formworks Design Engineer to design safe, efficient formwork, falsework, and shoring systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Project Engineers, and Operations to develop engineering solutions, prepare detailed calculations and drawings, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• At least 2 years in structural design, formwork design, or temporary works engineering.
• Experience with formwork systems (PERI, Doka, ULMA, MEVA) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design formwork, falsework, shoring, and scaffolding systems.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations for safety and stability.
• Prepare layouts, assembly drawings, shop drawings, erection details, and BOMs.
• Review project plans, specs, and schedules to develop formwork solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, and project requirements.
