Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• Experience in formwork and scaffolding design or related construction engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed formwork and scaffolding design plans from drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare formwork layout, material estimates, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure proper execution of design.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
• Evaluate cost-effective formwork systems and材料 and propose improvements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor/management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop detailed formwork and scaffolding design plans based on structural drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare formwork and scaffolding layout, material estimates, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure proper execution of formwork and scaffolding design.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective formwork systems and materials.
• Perform other tasks or special assignments as directed by the Superior and/or Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• With Licensed Civil Engineer
• With experience in formwork and scaffolding design, structural works, or construction engineering.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, or other structural/design software.
• Familiarity with construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle field supervision when necessary.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
