Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a skilled MHE Operator - Reach Truck in Bunawan, Davao City to join our soon-to-open warehouse facility. This full-time role focuses on the safe and efficient movement and storage of goods within our distribution center.

You will perform pre-operational checks, load and unload, maintain records, and follow safety procedures to help meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations for our distribution center.

Qualifications

• Valid TESDA NC11 and Driver’s license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety protocols.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precision handling.

Responsibilities

About the role

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious MHE Operator - Reach Truck to join our warehouse operations team in soon to open warehouse facility in Bunawan Davao City. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods within our distribution facility. As a Reach Truck operator, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate handling of materials using material handling equipment, directly contributing to the smooth operation of our supply chain and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods within the warehouse facility
• Perform pre-operational inspections of material handling equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and safety compliance
• Load and unload goods from vehicles, shelving units, and storage racks with precision and care
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled, including quantities and warehouse locations
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure working environment
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines
• Ensure goods are properly organised and stored according to warehouse management system instructions
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation related to warehouse operations

What we’re looking for

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong attendance record
• Basic numeracy skills for inventory management and record keeping
