Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an on-site warehouse associate at the San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center. You will operate forklifts and other MHE to unload incoming deliveries and move goods to storage areas.

You will perform put-away, support receiving, replenishment, and ensure safe, compliant loading for outbound shipments while following 5S and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift or MHE operation experience.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• TESDA forklift certification is an advantage.
• Must be authorized to operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks and other MHE to unload deliveries.
• Transport goods from staging areas to designated storage locations.
• Perform put-away according to warehouse system instructions and storage guidelines.
• Support receiving verification and prevent damages.
• Conduct replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Report damaged products, equipment issues and inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other MHE to unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Transport received goods from staging areas to designated storage locations.
• Perform put-away activities according to warehouse system instructions and storage guidelines.
• Support receiving verification and ensure proper handling of products to prevent damages.
• Conduct replenishment activities to ensure pick-face locations maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies to supervisors.

Outbound Operations

• Execute picking, pallet retrieval, and stock movement tasks using MHE equipment.
• Retrieve pallets from reserve locations to support order fulfillment and dispatch requirements.
• Stage completed orders in designated dispatch or loading areas.
• Load outbound vehicles in accordance with customer requirements, load plans, and safety standards.
• Ensure proper pallet stacking, load security, and product handling during dispatch operations.
• Support timely shipment processing to achieve on-time delivery targets.

Equipment & Safety Management

• Perform daily pre-operation inspection of assigned equipment and complete safety checklists.
• Ensure safe and responsible operation of all MHE equipment in accordance with DHL and regulatory standards.
• Immediately report equipment defects, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with 5S workplace standards.
• Follow all site safety procedures, traffic management rules, and PPE requirements.
• Assist during inventory counts and warehouse audits as required.

Requirements

Education

• At least High School graduate

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in distribution center operations is preferred.

Certifications

• TESDA certification related to forklift or warehouse equipment operation is an advantage.
• Must be authorized and capable of operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift equipment.

Other Requirements

• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required by operations.
