Qualifications

• Valid TESDA NC11 and Driver's license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precision material handling.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to perform the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when recording warehouse transactions.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong attendance record.
• Willing to work in Fatima Road, Jubay Liloan Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods within the warehouse facility.
• Perform pre-operational inspections of material handling equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and safety compliance.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles, shelving units, and storage racks with precision and care.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled, including quantities and warehouse locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
• Ensure goods are properly organised and stored according to warehouse management system instructions.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation related to warehouse operations.
