Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a skilled MHE Operator - Reach Truck in Bunawan, Davao City to join our soon-to-open warehouse facility. This full-time role focuses on the safe and efficient movement and storage of goods within our distribution center.

You will perform pre-operational checks, load and unload, maintain records, and follow safety procedures to help meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations for our distribution center.

Qualifications

• Valid TESDA NC11 and Driver’s license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety protocols.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precision handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods.
• Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment for safety and integrity.
• Load and unload goods with precision and care.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and locations.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and collaborate with the team.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
