Job summary

DHL is seeking a Warehouse Operator on-site at the San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center in the Philippines. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate put-away, picking, and outbound loading in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Candidates should have at least a high school education and 1–2 years of forklift or MHE experience, with TESDA certification preferred. Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• 1–2 years forklift or similar MHE experience.
• TESDA certification related to forklift/warehouse is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other MHE to unload incoming deliveries safely.
• Transport goods from staging to storage locations and perform put-away.
• Assist receiving verification and handle products to prevent damages.
• Perform replenishment to keep pick-face stocks adequate.
• Execute outbound loading, staging, and dispatch per plans and safety standards.
• Report damages, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and follow site safety procedures.
