Job summary

Good Neighbors Philippines seeks a Project Monitoring and Coordination Officer to oversee project cycle monitoring and ensure effective implementation of the Hyundai Motor Philippines IONIQ Forest project. The PMCO will liaise between Good Neighbors, Hyundai Motor Philippines, and RAFI OTT to align goals and activities.

The role requires experience in project monitoring, coordination, and budgeting within environmental or community development contexts, with strong partner collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in project monitoring, coordination, or management, preferably in environmental conservation, reforestation, or community development projects.
• Experience in financial monitoring, budgeting, and fund liquidation is required.
• Experience working with corporate partners, LGUs, and civil society organizations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Cycle Management monitoring for the project.
• Represent Good Neighbors in overseeing project implementation with Hyundai Motor Philippines IONIQ Forest.
• Serve as the primary link between Good Neighbors, Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc., and RAFI OTT.
