Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH Joint Venture is seeking a Bored Pile Foreman to supervise bored pile drilling, casing, rebar cage installation, and concrete pours on site in Laguna. You will coordinate workers, equipment, and materials; monitor progress; read construction drawings; ensure safety procedures are followed; and report issues to the Site Engineer.

Requirements include at least 5 years of relevant construction experience, proven foreman experience, strong knowledge of bored pile and foundation works,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of construction experience.
• Experience as a Bored Pile Foreman is required.
• Strong knowledge of bored pile and foundation works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proven leadership and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bored pile drilling, casing, rebar cage installation, and concrete pouring.
• Coordinate workers, equipment, and materials on site.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to procedures and schedules.
• Check rebar, casing, borehole, and concrete works for quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer, Rig Operator, and other site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety procedures.
• Report work progress, issues, and equipment concerns to the supervisor.

About the role

About you
