SK AERO BUILDERS is seeking a highly experienced General Foreman to lead and control daily site operations. You will enforce safety, discipline, and project standards while guiding foremen, workers, and subcontractors to meet schedules.

We are seeking a highly experienced General Foreman to lead and control daily site operations. The successful candidate must have strong construction expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the confidence to enforce quality, safety, productivity, discipline, and project standards. This role is responsible for maintaining order on site, holding workers accountable, and ensuring that all assigned work is completed correctly, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Take full leadership and control of daily site operations and workforce activities.
Enforce company rules, site discipline, safety requirements, attendance standards, and proper work conduct.
Lead foremen, skilled workers, and laborers with professionalism, authority, fairness, and accountability.
Assign manpower based on work priorities, technical requirements, productivity targets, and project schedules.
Monitor workmanship and immediately correct poor-quality, unsafe, delayed, or non-compliant work.
Read, understand, and implement construction drawings, plans, specifications, and approved work instructions.
Ensure workers follow the correct construction methods and established quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, delays, risks, and productivity concerns.
Coordinate directly with the Project Manager, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor manpower performance, productivity, attendance, discipline, and compliance with assigned responsibilities.
At least 7-10 years of solid experience in construction or project site operations.
At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a Foreman, General Foreman, Site Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role.
Strong practical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, workmanship, manpower deployment, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, layouts, specifications, and technical instructions.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage difficult situations and maintain discipline professionally.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Strong communication and coordination skills with workers, engineers, subcontractors, and management.
High level of integrity, accountability, reliability, and professional judgment.
Physically fit and willing to work full-time on construction or project sites.
Vocational, technical, engineering-related, or construction-related education is an advantage.
