Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is seeking a Concrete Foreman to supervise concrete works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of project activities. The role requires strong leadership and ability to coordinate workers, materials, and equipment while adhering to drawings and safety procedures.

The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant concrete construction experience and be able to read construction drawings. TESDA NC II or related certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in concrete construction.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of concrete, rebar, and formwork works.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete pouring, placement, vibration, and curing.
• Check formwork, rebar, and concrete preparation before pouring.
• Coordinate workers, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.
• Monitor daily progress and report issues to the Site Engineer.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and site safety.
