Job summary

CAMCO MEGA SALES is seeking a site supervisor to oversee installation crews at project sites in the Philippines. You will plan and assign daily activities to meet schedules, interpret construction drawings, ensure workmanship quality, and enforce safety standards.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, monitoring resources, and documenting site progress.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead installation crews at project sites.
• Plan and assign daily work activities to ensure project completion on schedule.
• Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of prefabricated materials and components.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and conduct daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding project requirements.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to avoid delays and wastage.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and document site activities.
• Inspect completed work and address any issues or defects.
• Train and guide workers on proper installation techniques and company procedures.
• Ensure good housekeeping and proper maintenance of tools and equipment at the job site.
