Job summary

GCK International Inc. in Manila is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee flooring installation teams and ensure work is completed on schedule, within specs and budget.

You will coordinate on-site manpower, monitor productivity with the Foreman, and report progress to the head office. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, ensuring quality installations, tracking materials, preparing inventory reports, attending site meetings, and providing updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are completed on time, meet specifications, and align with project plans and budget.
• Supervise on-site manpower and collaborate with the Foreman to monitor worker productivity.
• Coordinate project schedules and work sequences.
• Report site concerns to the head office.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates.
• Ensure all installations meet the required quality standards.
• Track material inventory and coordinate with the Foreman to manage the budget and prepare inventory reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Supervise installers for the installation of flooring
