Job summary

STARBREAKER CORP. in Metro Manila seeks a Demand and Supply Planner to forecast demand and align inventory with customer needs.

You will use ERP (Oracle) and Excel for forecasts, S&OP support, and collaboration with sales, procurement, and production. 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in demand planning or supply chain roles (food & beverage or retail preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data viz.
• Experience with ERP or demand planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand by analyzing historical sales, market trends, and seasonality.
• Manage inventory to prevent stockouts and excess stock.
• Update forecasts and inventory reports, sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production on promotions and launches.
• Support S&OP with data and insights for production planning.
