Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Sports Science, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sports administration, football operations, event coordination or related roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of football operations, training programs, competitions, and player development.
• Basic understanding of football rules, regulations, and technical standards.
• Proficiency with Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Strong documentation, data management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to organize schedules, databases, forms, attendance records, and technical documents.
• Experience with football clubs, federations, schools, or sporting events is an advantage.
• Sports administration or coaching education certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Technical Department.
• Coordinate football development programs, training activities, and competitions.
• Support coaching programs and football-related initiatives.
• Ensure technical activities are properly documented and scheduled.
• Maintain compliance with Federation policies and technical standards.
