Fly Ace Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Development Specialist to drive growth with key customers in OSR or FSR channels within the foodservice sector. You will manage major accounts, shape product engagements, and own the value chain from concept to supply.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales in foodservice, strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a hands-on approach to negotiating prices and delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Reliability and accountability in performance.
• Several years in a sales/commercial role.
• Experience with frozen/chilled foods in HORECA/FSR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing key accounts and driving the current customer portfolio.
• Developing product engagements and projects with assigned customers.
• Owning the entire value chain from idea conception to supply and planning.
• Conducting price negotiations and A&R control to ensure profitability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
