Job summary

IKEA Pasay City in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a dedicated leader to head the IKEA Food function in-store. The role requires guiding a large team, delivering a superior customer experience, and aligning with the store business plan and IKEA Food actions.

You will participate in marketing efforts and maintain a clean, inviting environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in leadership within food/retail, knowledge of HACCP, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a large team in a fast-paced food/retail environment.
• Experience with KPI-driven action plans and knowledge of HACCP food safety.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Sales-driven, cost-conscious and passionate about food and people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IKEA Food function in the store to meet business goals.
• Provide daily dialogue with customers to gather feedback and improve service.
• Support implementation of the store business and IKEA Food action plans.
• Collaborate on relevant marketing and in-store activities.
• Ensure area is clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Promote IKEA culture and sustainability, including waste management.
