Job summary

IKEA Pasay City invites a results-driven Food Leader to manage the IKEA Food function in-store. You will lead a large team, ensure safety and hygiene (HACCP) compliance, and align actions with the store’s business and marketing plans.

You will engage with customers daily, maintain an inviting area, support sustainability, and help make IKEA Food a great place to work while promoting the IKEA culture and diversity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role managing a large team in fast-paced food/retail.
• Experience implementing KPI-driven action plans and HACCP guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train and collaborate.
• Sales-driven, cost-conscious, and passionate about food and people.

Responsibilities

• See store through customers' eyes and gather daily feedback.
• Maintain and support store business and food action plans with your manager.
• Help marketing and in-store activities; support relevant campaigns.
• Keep area clean, organized, and inviting for a positive customer experience.
• Foster IKEA culture and diversity to make IKEA Food a great place to work.
• Act on sustainability: waste management and responsible investments.
• Position IKEA Food as a key in-store marketing tool to maximize sales.
