• Experience with KPI-driven action plans and knowledge of food safety (HACCP).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IKEA Food function in the store and ensure customer focus.
• Monitor the store business and action plans, supporting the manager and team.
• Support marketing and in-store activities with the manager.
• Maintain area cleanliness, organization, and inviting appearance.
• Foster IKEA culture, diversity, and a great workplace.
• Act on sustainability, waste management and investments.
• Raise awareness of IKEA Food as in-store marketing to boost sales.
