Responsibilities

• Ensure serving times and product quality standards are met at all times.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor stock inventory and incoming deliveries.
• Monitor daily supply to maintain target gross margin.
• Lead, train, and schedule staff to maximize performance.
• Handle regular inventory and adjustments as needed.
• Follow cleaning/maintenance calendars and troubleshoot equipment when required.
