Job summary

BSFIL Technologies, Inc. in Laguna, Calauan, Philippines, seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage timely applications and renewals of food regulatory requirements (FDA CPR & LTO, HALAL, BPI, SRA) and ensure compliance.

You'll stay current on regulations, communicate regulatory information to stakeholders, conduct audits to identify non‑compliance, support FSMS during audits, and maintain records. Requirements: BS Food Technology or related science degree and at least 1 year of related

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course; preferably BS Food Technology or BS Nutrition or related science.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledgeable of food regulatory standards and compliance.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Strong attention to detail, thorough, systematic and organized.

Responsibilities

DUITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the timely application and renewal of various food regulatory requirements to ensure compliance (e.g., FDA - CPR & LTO, HALAL, BPI, SRA, and other regulatory requirements).

• Must stay up-to-date on current and emerging regulations, guidelines, and legal compliance.

• Communicate regulatory information to internal and external stakeholders.

• Conducts audits to identify areas of potential non-compliance and recommended actions.

• Provide support to FSMS during corporate audits (supplier, customer, and internal company audits).

• Maintain records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Knowledgeable in different food regulatory standards and compliance.

• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems

• Must be attentive to details, thorough, systematic and organized

• Good oral and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Nutrition or other related science courses

• At least one (1) year of related experience
