Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig is hiring an R&D Supervisor – Documentation to consolidate, review, and maintain technical documents generated by the R&D team, ensuring accuracy and timely client submissions.

Salary PHP 25,000–30,000 monthly. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and 2–4 years in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support in FMCG or food industries. Must be willing to work shifting schedules and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical course.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, review, and maintain technical documents generated by the R&D team.
• Prepare and maintain raw material specifications, process flows, recovery records, recipe sheets, and costing support documents.
• Monitor R&D program schedules and documentation.
• Prepare client submission documents and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of R&D-related records.
