• At least 2–4 years in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support role (preferably food or FMCG).

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, review, and maintain all technical documents, costing inputs, and reports generated by the R&D team.
• This includes raw material specs, process flows, recoveries, recipe sheets, costing support, program schedules, and client submission documents.
