Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor in Mandaue, Cebu to oversee planning, leadership and operations in basic and further processing. The role focuses on meeting product standards, ensuring safety, and coordinating resources across the production line.

Candidate should bring engineering education, at least two years in the food industry, and strong communication and leadership skills for effective team management and compliance with GMP/SSOP/HACCP policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4- or 5-year engineering course or equivalent.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• At least 2 years of related experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management System (GMP, SSOP, HACCP) and safety policies.
• Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the operation.
• Completes pre-ops, in-process and post-ops monitoring forms and takes corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and Quality/ Food Safety Systems.
• Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of production facilities and related areas.
• Upholds health and safety policies and company rules; supports special projects as assigned.
