Job summary

HRTx Inc in the Philippines seeks a Technical Services Manager to bridge product innovation and operations across commissaries and restaurant sites. You will commercialize new products, standardize procedures, manage BOMs, and ensure food safety, consistency, and scalability from development to launch.

You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with R&D, procurement, and operations, and drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency while upholding regulatory standards and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 8–10+ years in food product development or technical services.
• 5+ years in managerial/leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in product commercialization and BOM management.
• Knowledge of HACCP/GMP/SSOP and regulatory standards.
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems for BOM/master data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical commercialization from concept validation to commercial implementation.
• Partner with R&D during concept development, trials, and launches for scalable recipes.
• Evaluate production methods to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Validate recipes, workflows, and preparation methods for consistent execution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and Technical Manuals for production and QA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure readiness and compliance.
