Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Food Process Development Manager to design and standardize production processes for new and existing products, ensuring scalability, quality, and food safety compliance across commissary and restaurant operations.

You will lead process validation, manage BOMs and product specs, and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Procurement, Quality and Engineering, supervising documentation, driving efficiency, and supporting training and technology transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years in food manufacturing or process development.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with commissary, food manufacturing, or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food processing, documentation, and process improvement.
