Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee protocols, manufacturing procedures, and reports for plant trials, validation, and process improvements (scale-up/scale-down)
• Lead plant trial and validation activities for new and existing products, including equipment and process enhancements
• Evaluate and implement technology transfer from R&D to commercialization, ensuring readiness and compliance
• Review technical documents and support product transfer, including reformulation and raw material substitution
