Responsibilities

• Training Design & Development: conduct technical skills analysis, develop modules, SOP-aligned materials, and practical guides.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation: conduct classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job sessions and demonstrate procedures.
• Skills Validation & Evaluation: conduct on-site competency assessments and measure knowledge transfer.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain attendance, competency records, and training reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with Operations, QA, Engineering, and HR-Training for scheduling and content alignment.
