Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands in Pasig invites an Operations Associate to support order coordination, quality control, and delivery coordination across the Opus Mall branch. You will bridge kitchen, warehouse, and courier teams to keep orders moving.

We expect at least 1 year in restaurant operations, food processing, or logistics, plus good communication and basic food safety knowledge. High school diploma required; college level is a plus. Must be willing to be assigned to Opus Mall.

• Experience: at least 1 year in restaurant operations, food processing, or logistics.
• Multitasking: able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance: strong knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communication: clear verbal skills for coordinating with staff and third-party couriers.
• Education: high school graduate; college level is an advantage.
• Location: willing to be assigned to Opus Mall branch.

• Logistics & Assignment: Allocate ready orders to delivery personnel based on priority, proximity, and availability.
• Problem Resolution: Address delays, missing items, or customer complaints swiftly to maintain service flow.
• Documentation: Maintain logs of dispatched items, delivery statuses, and inventory counts.
