Responsibilities

• Checks accuracy of orders taken out from the kitchen or bar against order slips;
• Ensures that order slips are prepared and presented prior to preparation of food/drinks in the kitchen or bar;
• Ensures that presentation and portioning of orders are in accordance with the club's prescribed standards;
• Checks daily inventory on all stocks which were properly utilized;
• Monitor and control inventory of stocks;
• Prepare reports on daily inventory of stocks and tally sheet report;
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
