Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Food Court Manager to oversee the operations, sales, tenant and customer relations of the Food Court group within the mall complex.

The role requires coordinating with marketing, leasing and other support groups to drive performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws. A minimum of 4 years in related fields and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Preference for candidates with managerial experience in food service.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in relevant fields.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible with strong interpersonal skills.

Job description

The Food Court Manager manages, oversees and controls the operations of the entire Food Court group in the areas of daily operations, sales, tenant and customer relations, as well as coordinates with different functional heads including marketing, leasing, and other support groups in order to enhance the contribution of Food Court to the Mall, which support overall business goals and adhering to the policies of the Company as well as the laws, rules and regulations of the country.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years working experience in a related field. Preference is given to those with managerial experience in food service industry establishments.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Must be hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible. Can handle pressure both from work and people. Has high level of enthusiasm with good and strong interpersonal skills.
