Job summary

The Food Court Manager at SM Supermalls oversees the operations of the Food Court group within the mall, coordinating with marketing, leasing and other support teams to drive daily performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, at least 4 years in a related role (with preference for managerial experience in food service), and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Willing to be assigned in SM City Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a related field, preferably with managerial background in food service establishments.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, able to handle pressure and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Job description

The Food Court Manager manages, oversees and controls the operations of the entire Food Court group in the areas of daily operations, sales, tenant and customer relations, as well as coordinates with different functional heads including marketing, leasing, and other support groups in order to enhance the contribution of Food Court to the Mall, which support overall business goals and adhering to the policies of the Company as well as the laws, rules and regulations of the country.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years working experience in a related field. Preference is given to those with managerial experience in food service industry establishments.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Must be hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible. Can handle pressure both from work and people. Has high level of enthusiasm with good and strong interpersonal skills.
