Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Less than 1 year of experience in finance or operations roles.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily abstract of sales.
• Records issuance of order slips.
• Collects and records all unused orderslips every end of the shift and to monitor its movements and to check the series used.
• Prepares chits for signature of members.
• Checks series of chits and order slips to determine missing and unsigned chits and to check unaccounted order slips.
• Compares and attached duplicate copy of order slips to the originals to check accuracy of orders.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
