Fame.Dish Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a guest-focused team member to deliver warm service and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

You will greet guests, take orders and upsell, coordinate with kitchen for timely delivery, maintain dining room cleanliness, and support colleagues during peak hours. This full-time, onsite role requires weekend/holiday availability and participation in onsite interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and upselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver attentive service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Warmly welcome guests, deliver attentive service, and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

• Order Taking & Upselling: Master the menu to guide guest choices, take accurate POS orders, and actively upsell specials, premium dishes, and beverages.

• Service & Kitchen Coordination: Partner with kitchen staff for timely order delivery and accommodate guest dietary requests.

• Dining Room Upkeep: Maintain high cleanliness standards through prompt table setup, ongoing bussing, and end-of-shift prep.

• Team Support: Restock supplies and assist teammates during peak rush hours.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.

• Skills: Strong communication and active upselling skills.

• Attributes: Fast-paced, punctual, reliable, and quick to memorize menus.
