Job summary

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, ensure proper setup and cleanliness, handle guest billing via the POS, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while delivering attentive service that aims to exceed expectations.

• Handle payments, provide change, and process credit card transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth food and drink delivery.
• Support fellow associates and assist in other sections as needed to maintain service quality.
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures, including those related to grooming, conduct, and uniform.
