Responsibilities

• Greet and Welcome Guests – Welcome customers politely, assist them with seating, and provide menus.
• Take Food and Beverage Orders – Listen carefully to customer requests and record orders accurately.
• Serve Food and Drinks – Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables promptly and professionally.
• Provide Customer Service – Respond to customer inquiries, attend to special requests, and handle complaints courteously.
• Prepare Dining Areas – Set up tables, arrange chairs, and ensure that utensils, plates, glasses, and napkins are ready for use.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation – Keep dining tables, service stations, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Check Customer Satisfaction – Check on guests during meals to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service.
• Process Customer Bills – Prepare bills, handle payments, and provide correct change or receipts when assigned.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Staff – Communicate orders, special instructions, and customer concerns to the kitchen team.
• Follow Food Safety Standards – Observe proper hygiene, handwashing, and safe food-handling procedures.
• Restock Supplies – Replenish utensils, condiments, napkins, and other dining supplies as needed.
• Clear and Reset Tables – Remove used dishes, clean tables, and prepare them for the next guests.
• Work as Part of a Team – Cooperate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow Company Policies – Observe workplace rules, maintain professional behavior, and wear the required uniform.
