Job summary

Chooks to Go Inc. is seeking an experienced Front-of-House Manager in Dasmariñas, Cavite to oversee daily FOH operations and uphold brand standards. You will lead Servers, Hosts, and Bussers, address guest concerns, and drive guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in kitchen service operations, strong leadership and scheduling skills, and excellent communication with staff and customers. This role emphasizes service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in kitchen service operations.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with scheduling assistance and cost control.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily FOH operations to maintain service and brand standards.
• Lead and manage all front-of-house staff including Servers, Hosts, and Bussers.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, cover counts, and labor targets.
• Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance coaching for FOH staff.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and safety compliance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and daily operational reporting.
• Coordinate with BOH and bar teams for seamless service.
• Support Area Manager in implementing company initiatives and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Area Manager or VP for Dine In.
