Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing warehouse and logistics teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the main warehouse, including cold storage, and three satellite warehouses (one in Cebu).
• Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Ensure accurate inventory, stock rotation, documentation, and cost-effective fulfillment across all locations.
• Oversee fleet operations, delivery schedules, route planning, and coordination with transport providers.
• Optimize warehouse layout, manpower allocation, and distribution efficiency.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment across locations.
• Develop, implement, and improve warehouse systems, SOPs, and controls.
• Identify gaps and implement practical cost-reducing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, security, and cold storage standards.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, delivery timeliness, productivity, stock losses, costs.
• Conduct audits and corrective actions to sustain improvements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse, logistics, and distribution personnel (≈30 people).
• Coach supervisors and teams; foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Plan manpower, schedules, and resource allocation; coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, delivery performance, variances, and costs.
• Identify risks and minimize stock losses, delays, and disruptions.
• Travel to Cebu as needed; start as soon as possible.
