Responsibilities

• Develops Territory Sales and Marketing plan with market analysis and projected growth.
• Assists the National Sales Manager in planning and market area selection.
• Manages credit collection to keep terms within agreements.
• Supports distributors in developing sales strategies and linking with sub-dealers and end-users.
• Trains distributor sales personnel on selling principles, product knowledge, and market research.
• Provides technical assistance, e.g. baking demonstrations to end users.
• Monitors dealer performance and territory sales budget execution.
