Job summary

BIC World is seeking an energetic sales professional in Metro Manila to drive traditional trade growth and brand visibility. You will service retailers, promote products, and work toward daily to monthly targets while maintaining stock levels and executing merchandising standards.

Qualifications include a business/marketing degree and FMCG sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and Excel reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, optimum stock levels, and effective merchandising at point of sale.
• Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.
