Job summary

ByteDance Philippines is hiring for a merchant growth role focusing on acquiring and incubating brands to drive growth and GMV. You will guide sellers, optimize campaigns, and deliver best-in-class service to boost merchant success on the platform.

You will build strategic relationships with merchants, negotiate favorable terms, and develop collaborative plans that align with short- and long-term growth goals. This role is based in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the E-Commerce industry.
• Familiarity with FMCG brands and categories.
• Food & Beverages / Groceries exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate brands and merchants that contribute significant GMV.
• Build and maintain relationships; negotiate and secure best deals for campaigns.
• Identify collaboration opportunities and develop joint business plans (JBPs).
• Ensure high seller service quality, low cancellations, and strong delivery performance.
• Manage merchants using scalable incubation programs and tools.
