Job summary

D2B is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Metro Manila. You’ll report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with customer service, commercial teams, and warehouses to keep multi-region operations running smoothly.

With 3+ years in operations/logistics, you’ll manage B2B wholesale workflows, inventory across SKUs, and coordinate with 3PLs. Proficiency in Excel is essential; Cin7/EDI experience is a plus. This is a hands-on role requiring meticulousness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in operations, supply chain, or logistics coordination (FMCG/retail/eCommerce).
• Advanced Excel skills for inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing B2B or wholesale orders end-to-end across channels.

Responsibilities

• Check stock availability against incoming B2B/wholesale orders and flag gaps.
• Own order confirmation workflow end-to-end from entry to on-time delivery.
• Process and issue invoices against POs; meet month-end deadlines.
• Set up logistics/systems for new wholesale partners.
• Keep Operations Handbook up-to-date and assist with ad hoc tasks.
