Job summary

Suyen Corporation’s Sales Department is seeking a Distributor Specialist to drive volume growth through a robust third-party distributor network, wholesalers, and institutional accounts. You will bridge corporate sales with distributors to ensure products are widely available, competitively positioned, and meeting targets across territories.

The role emphasizes market visits, inventory monitoring, and onboarding new distributors to expand brand footprint.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Distributor Management.
• FMCG, cosmetics, or retail distribution experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned distributors, wholesalers, and key sub-distributors to meet targets.
• Audit distributor warehouses, monitor inventory, and ensure on-shelf availability.
• Identify and onboard potential new distributors to expand footprint.
• Formulate territory-specific sales plans and trade promotion programs.
• Negotiate distributor agreements and trading terms.
• Review distributor sales data to forecast demand and address performance gaps.
