Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead (Flutter) to drive module delivery, perform code reviews, and mentor a cross‑functional team. You will shape AI-assisted development workflows across modern IT platforms and collaborate with international teams to advance global software engineering careers.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering leadership, expertise in NestJS/Node.js and/or Flutter/React, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted toolchains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership at module/feature-team level.
• Strong hands‑on proficiency in NestJS/Node.js and/or Flutter/React, with the ability to review frontend and backend implementations.
• Practical, daily experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and prompt-driven development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of a specific module or feature domain within TRM, ETM, or other platform workstreams.
• Break down Technical Design Documents into actionable engineering tickets aligned with the Engineering Lead's sprint backlog.
• Ensure module‑level outputs meet the DDEA Definition of Done, including validation, error handling, logging, documentation, and IAM/RBAC integration, before QA handoff.
