Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Software Engineer (Senior or Mid Level) to join a hybrid team delivering scalable platforms for over a million customers. You will work across front-end, back-end, architecture, security, DevOps, and native apps, building features that impact production systems and customer experiences.

The role requires strong Flutter/Dart capabilities, native iOS/Android development, and hands-on experience with microservices using Node.JS.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS or other major cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
Experience on AWS or any of the big three cloud providers.
Flutter/Dart experience is required for this position.
Minimum of 5+ years commercial experience in Flutter/Dart development is required.
Native App Development experience is required for this role.
Minimum of 5+ years experience in Native App Development is required.
Experience with both iOS and Android native mobile platforms is required.
Experience with microservices using Node.JS.
Minimum of 3+ years experience developing and implementing microservices architecture using Node.JS.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience required for this senior position.

Responsibilities

Be a member of a cross-functional delivery team, working with Product Managers, Analysts, UX Designers, and other Software Engineers to ship new features and fixes.
Develop the code for small, well-scoped components and features and work with the team to release them to production.
Work with your Tech Lead and other mentors to continue to learn and grow.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
